1. Scope

These terms govern use of the PHYbio app (iOS/Android) and web player. Provider: PHYbio Establishment (see Legal Notice).

2. The service

PHYbio is a free player for PHYbio sound content and your own audio files. Licensed content is acquired separately (in the PHYbio shop) and unlocked via your account. Playback of protected content requires a valid licence and an account.

3. Account

You sign in with your email. Keep your credentials secret; the account is personal. The number of devices per account may be limited.

4. Content & licences

Licensed content is for your personal, non-commercial use. Copying, sharing, public performance or circumventing the copy protection (DRM) is not permitted. Licences may be time- or quantity-limited and may require occasional online verification.

5. Your own files

You may play your own audio files; you are responsible for holding the necessary rights.

6. Health notice

PHYbio frequency and colour content is intended for relaxation and wellbeing and is not a medical device, treatment or diagnosis. Listen at moderate volumes (hearing protection). If you have any complaints, consult a professional.

7. Availability

We provide the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; features may change through updates.

8. Liability & use at your own risk

The player is provided free of charge. Use is at your own risk; by using the player you confirm and accept this disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, any liability for damage arising from the use or unavailability of the player is excluded. Liability for intent and gross negligence, for damage from injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory law remains unaffected. No warranty is given for uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Changes

We may adapt these terms when the app or legal requirements change; the current version applies.

10. Governing law

Liechtenstein law applies. For consumers, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
